The 12 Week (3 month) Mental Fitness Program Overview

  • Weekly coaching sessions with Zander (to prepare you for and customize the program as you progress)
  • One-hour weekly recorded video sessions released every Saturday for the first 7 weeks. This weekly video guides participants in the development  and refinement of their Mental Fitness, and is lead by Shirzad Chamine, author of the New York Times bestseller Positive Intelligence®
  • 15 minutes of daily in-app guided exercises (approximately 3 minutes per session,  Tuesday to Friday)
  • One-year access to the Positive Intelligence® (PQ) App for your phone or device
  • Full Access to Self-chosen in-app guided mindfulness exercises
  • Access to Chapters 1 to 8 of Positive Intelligence® Audiobook (also provided in PDF)
  • Weekly group coaching sessions facilitated by Zander for 12 weeks
  • 1-1 or Accountability POD (= Small group of 3 to 5 participants at a time, with the option to form your own group
